Nolan Bruce Allen and the Lone Star Western Swing Band - New York's King of Westernn Swing. NBA and his LONE STAR WESTERN SWING BAND have performed Western Swing Music since the early 1970's. Cookin' up to nine-piece band includes Steel Guitar, Fiddle, Piano, Twin Guitars, Saxophone/Clarinet, Harmonica, Bass and Drums. He was profoundly influenced by the great and legendary Bob Wills - down to the naming of his band after "discovering" the all-time King of Western Swing in the late sixties. NBA's true and heartfelt passion is Western Swing Music although he sometimes includes other big-band tunes and classic country hits in shows. His musical peers dubbed him New York's "KING OF WESTERN SWING" due to his genuine Western Swing style, delivery and vast amount of Western Swing material he knows. Read the Review!
Riff Raff Vintage Swing Quintet - We perform locally in Southern California, have a new CD release. Some of the tunes we cover include F.D.R. Jones, Roly Poly and Route 66.
The Sidecars are a seven-piece outfit out of Cincinnati, Ohio, playing Western Swing, swing, and hot music. The Sidecars are just like good pork sausage: pure by-product. We start with a Texas two-beat feel, toss in some New Orleans meat, a jar of Jive bologna, two handfuls of Kentucky bluegrass, and finish off with hot jazz licks and humor. It's a campfire concoction that's entertained Cincinnati for almost two years. Come to our website; look around! We've got a new CD out ("Stay All Night").
